Scorvane is free to test, and nothing is for sale yet. This page says how refunds will work once the cosmetic shop opens, so you know before anything costs money.
Cosmetic purchases
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a cosmetic item you haven't used yet, no reason needed.
- If an item doesn't work as described, or you were charged by mistake or twice, we refund it whenever you tell us.
- If we close Scorvane for good, we will refund cosmetics bought in the 30 days before we announced it.
Purchases made through Steam or a console store
Purchases made through Steam or a console store follow that store's refund rules; ask the store first. We will help if the store can't.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your account name and tag and the date of the purchase. We reply within 5 business days and send refunds back to the way you paid.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer where you live; it never takes them away.
